Western Welding Academy students must agree to the following terms for Redinger Cleaning Company services: Students MUST NOT be present in housing during scheduled cleaning. If a student is present during the clean, the clean will be canceled and a refund will NOT be issued. If a clean needs to be rescheduled, student must provide 72 hour notice to reschedule with out being charged for cleaning session. Cancelation of services must be 30 days prior to payment charge. A credit or debit card must be on file to retain services. Non payment will result in suspended services. Chargebacks will be denied by Redinger Cleaning Company and it's parent companies. All students must sign terms and conditions agreement prior to clean. Vomit, blood or other foul accurnaces cleaned by Redinger Cleaning Company will result in a $100 charge. Students must not have loaded weapons or weapons in site during cleaning. Laundry must be off floors for vacuum & mopping. Students must provide trash bags for trash services and dish soap for dishes services. Result in a failed inspection due to rescheduled clean is not Redinger Cleaning Companies liability. Students waive the right to press charges against Redinger Cleaning Company. Sighting of drugs will be reported to Western Welding Academy Lodging Team immediatly and will result in a perminant termination of services by Redinger Cleaning Company.
